01 — Profile

What I actually do

I am the connective layer between a principal who owns a technology mandate and the vendor built to deliver it. In practice that means three things: opening a door that would not otherwise open, qualifying the partner properly on both sides, and staying in the room until the engagement is signed.

The work is anchored in Saudi Arabia, where I hold relationships across the Kingdom's largest corporates, government entities and giga‑project authorities operating under Vision 2030. From that base it extends into the United States, across Europe with a focus on Poland, and into Asia through Singapore.

My network sits with the people who sign: CTOs, CDOs, and directors of technology, marketing and digitalization.

03 — Experience

A decade built in public

The network did not arrive in an inbox. It was built on stages, in lecture halls and inside published research — the places where technology buyers decide who is worth a meeting.

It started in Poland with Zwolnieni z Teorii, where the social‑impact project I led was recognised by the Prime Minister of Poland, and continued through the Forbes "25 Under 25" programme run with McKinsey & Company, where I reached the finals — and where the Polish corporate network that still opens doors today began.

From there the rooms got further away. I spoke on emerging technology at the Berlin and Malta Blockchain Conferences, then moved the centre of gravity to the Gulf — presenting on Saudi digital transformation at Saudi Digital Days and the Liferay DXP Roadshow in Riyadh, and working the floor at LEAP and the PIF Private Sector Forum.

Between conferences I give guest lectures at leading Polish universities, including the University of Economics and Collegium Da Vinci in Poznań.

Alongside the speaking sits the written work: contributions to industry reports and publications on airport digitalization, e‑government transformation and banking digitalization — the three sectors where GCC technology budgets concentrate, and the reason the conversations that follow tend to start already halfway there.

How I work

Two sides of the same bridge: enterprise and government buyers on one end, vetted leaders in software development, UX/UI design, DXP and AI on the other. Montana is the intermediary that gets both sides into the same room.

01

Deal Origination & Market Entry

Opening qualified routes into Saudi Arabia's giga‑project ecosystem, US Fortune 1000 accounts and Polish corporate boards — for vendors who need real entry, not a cold inbox.

02

Vendor–Principal Matchmaking

Pairing enterprise and government buyers with vetted partners across software development, UX/UI design, DXP and AI / emerging technology.

03

Vision 2030 & Tender Positioning

Structuring introductions and positioning for engagement with NEOM, Red Sea Global, PIF and adjacent giga‑project authorities — including government‑backed and PPP funding tracks.

04

Executive Network Access

Direct lines into CTO, CDO and digital‑transformation leadership across four continents — built over a decade, not bought.
